Ch-Ch-Ch-Ch-Changes

"Turn and face the strain."

David Bowie might have had it right. Change brings some strain. For example, when Coke introduced Coke 2. Nothing but strain.

But change can also bring possibility. And hope. And our hope, in making the change from one service to two, is that we might experience just a bit of what the early church experienced in Acts chapter 2 when they were "praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved." (Acts 2:47 NIV) Our hope is to be a growing community of Christ followers who are telling and living Jesus' story in such a way that those around us can't help but follow as well.

Help us Lord!

Consider yourself cordially invited to experience the change with us, on March 7, as we move back into Taproot Theatre for our worship services, now at
9am and 10:45am. Our adult small group/class for March will be looking at the interesting characters known as the Major Prophets of the Old Testament. Tom Ackerman is the host.

9:00 - 1st service, nursery, kids' Sunday school
10:10 - Fellowship (coffee and treats in the upper lobby and Green Bean)
10:45 - 2nd service, nursery, adult small group / class
12:00 - Community brunch at Romio's Pizza (1st Sunday of the month)
